I've got a peice of paper; But it's Empty
today wake up at 6am ,must accompany my ah ma go hospital to put blood .very tired .but ah ma mah.hahah ....thn after that go guitar lesson .tdy my teacher last lesson for me,cos he going tampiness teach.tdy he tell me got exam sia .kena shock .LOLs .but nvm ..im a pro .LOLs ,jkjk.haha ,,,i will do my best anyway. haha .woot ,tml going chalet must have alot of fun...

today wake up at 8am prepare to go training.Have breakfast with my godfather and family,then go to godfather office jiu go training le.have a sparring with one black belt guy .tio kick in the damn face.bloody face and leg .OMG!....lols ,after that jiu go home rest and watch my DVD .

im bored ,today a rest day .didnt go to the gym resting my body up.watch whole day of DVD .relative came to my house and we play mahjong,have alot of fun .win $6 haha .thn do nt lor .byebye

today need wake up very early sia .ah ma going hospital take blood test see which blood is suitable to use on her. After that went to gym with mappy , done my biceps ,triceps, chest and forearm .the forearm is damn hard .maybe my forearm is too weak .haha .today fierce complete my workout in 45min .have some advice from the seniors .Going to work hard and built my body up .haha .lean muscles is our target. Go For It !!

today same routine happen . very happy to hear that my cousin singyee had been approve on her appeal to nyp .and also my brother tih jern get to nyp also .they should in poly want .just that their English pull them down .but its ok!! they made it ! ALL THT BEST MY FRIENDS!
